WHITE CHOCOLATE AND CHOCOLATE CHIP RED VELVET COOKIES!
Valentine’s
Day is one of my favorite holidays!
What’s not to love about a day dedicated to love?! And this is coming from a single gal…so any
ladies out there who want to poo-poo about not having a sweetiepie I encourage
you to smother those around you with L-O-V-E!
In honor of this loveliest of holidays I want to share one of the most
simple and delicious Valentine’s Day cookies!
White Chocolate and Chocolate Chip
Red Velvet Cookies
Ingredients:
1 box
Duncan Hines red velvet cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup
vegetable oil
½ cup
white chocolate chips
½ cup
semi-sweet chocolate chips
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. Combine the cake mix with the eggs
and oil. Mix thoroughly using a whisk or
a hand blender. Add in chocolate chips
(I have a tendency to add more chocolate and white chocolate chips than the
recipe calls for).
3. Place one-inch balls of dough (I
don’t measure exactly, just a spoonful) on a lightly greased baking sheet, spacing
evenly.
4. Bake for 8-10 minutes. (I error on
the side of 8 minutes).
If you
have a super duper sweet tooth you can frost the cookies with cream cheese frosting!
Share the
cookies, share the love <3
